About
I’m excited to introduce myself and Katie Leach Design. After years of hands on experience with our own remodels and new builds, I look forward to helping with yours. I enjoy finding a balance of both a beautiful and functional space. I value a place that you can live or work in and enjoy, while easily maintaining its style and design. Design with real life in mind!
Your space should be unique and meaningful, using pieces from travel, family heirlooms and items of personal value. My individual style is bright, open, and neutral with specific elements of color, texture and pattern. Some of my favorite places to find inspiration are Santa Barbara, Mexico and Italy. I will help you discover your own personal style and how to achieve that in your space.
I enjoy working on both small and large scale projects, new construction and remodels, and commercial or residential. I can assist with design layouts, floor plans, finish selections, paint and decor; managing the full scope of the project, or consulting on an hourly basis if you want to be hands-on with your own project.
I am a Chico native, bringing my SoCal husband back after college in Santa Barbara, and have loved raising our three (now adult) children immersed in all the great things about this area.
